University of New Hampshire's Master of Public Health Program Events
The University of New Hampshire’s Master of Public Health Program and the NH Public Health Association are pleased to announce the next public health grand round lecture entitled “Climate Change and Health”. This lecture will be offered on April 24th from 4:30-5:30PM at UNH Manchester (286 Commercial Street Location, Room 7). This lecture will cover what climate change is, the public health impacts of climate change, and potential solutions. The guest lecturer will be Patrick Miller, Research Associate Professor at the NH Institute for Health Policy and Practice at UNH. Light refreshments will be provided. Be sure to visit the “Milestones in Public Health” Exhibit in the Graduate Lounge just outside Room 7 before or after the lecture! Information about curriculum design, admissions, and estimated costs will be provided followed by a question and answer time period. Presenters include Rosemary Caron, PhD, MPH, Master of Public Health Program Director and Holly Tutko, MS, Certificate of Public Health Administrator. Light refreshments will be provided.
