Healthy Eating/Acting Living Forum

This forum will bring New Hampshire stakeholders together to develop and implement a healthy eating and active living action plan. This plan will serve as a statewide guide to increase and improve interventions, leverage limited resources and advance appropriate policies. The guide will also identify best practices for further replication throughout the state.
